KB3 SPEED & STRENGTH

KB3 Speed and KB3 Strength & Conditioning are two brand new programs we are rolling out this Summer.  Both programs will feature Certified Trainer and former OU and NFL Standout Corey Warren.  Corey has been training athletes of all ages and sports in the memorial area for almost a decade.  He is respected by the parents and liked by the kids!  Both programs will feature small targeted groups and a specific curriculum for maximum development.

HS & MS Boys & Girls in ALL sports

  • We will provide testing on the first, middle and last day of each program.
  • Results will be emailed to parents
  • There is a 15-athlete limit on this program per session
  • 10-1 coach to athlete ration will be maintained

  • Tuesday’s & Thursday’s
    • 4:00 – 6:00
  • Attendance at each workout is NOT mandatory.

COST

  • 1 Sessions = $95
  • 3 Sessions = $275
  • 6 Sessions / Full Program  = $495
  • Each session is 2 hours
